Chelsea to file complaint over Rijkaard's contact with referee

Chelsea said Thursday it will file a complaint with UEFA over Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard's discussion with the referee at halftime of their European Champions League match, but both clubs could face sanctions for their actions at the game.
